Douglas Drive Improvements

Park Construction Company and All Phase Contracting, Inc. teamed up on the Douglas Drive project.  We have been contracted to pour two headwalls over a box culvert that was placed by Park Construction Company.  Also we installed an ornamental railing on top of an in place big block modular retaining wall as well as on top of the headwalls that we poured.  We will finish up the project by pouring a concrete stairway along with installing the railings.
